  • Refunds: Custom design services are non-refundable once work begins.

  • Client Responsibilities & Communication: All necessary content and feedback must be provided promptly to keep the project on schedule. Consistent and timely communication is crucial to avoid delays.

  • Privacy & Confidentiality: All personal information and contract details are kept private and confidential. The completed website may be used in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
